It is a commentary on the Philosophy of Language and the Philosophy of Linguistics an uncompleted abstract ready for interim review. It tackles several current thematic issues on the subject. I remain the greatest philosopher of science to head the European tradition since Neurath. Yes I am the black philosopher Dr William F Fearon and no I am not anonymous, unknown or any category remotely close. I have three cities named in my honour in Belgium called (1)Willies, (2)Williapont and (3)Willapuis and the Belgian Indie Band Team William are named in my honour and acknowledge my influence in Europe. I'm most highly regarded in physics and chemistry amongst the scientific disciplines and the creator of Curvoid theory in Astro-physics, other wise known as the theory of the Black Hole and the Well Formed Formula in Artificial Intelligence.

Methods undertaken in the examination of semantic difference in the studies of linguistics in the Philosophy of language, which I have called: Problems of Intralingual Comparison are of a certain type, sometimes encountered, with resolutions sought, when utterances used by one speaker do not conform phonetically or grammatically with those used by another, and a full understanding of meaning is not shared. Although Mutual agreement on the status of a linguistic expression is a grant to our fidelity to a particular language and vocal habits, cultural customs and shared recognition of our cognitive and neurological abilities we might call such situations, classifications and the circumstances in which they occur in relation to linguistic analysis, and the search for linguistic fitness by the term: Translingual Procedure to include both translational and intralingual transliterative methods, each being a root derivative, example of the sub-classes, of the class of the noun expression called translingual whose meaning is subject to methodological reduction and thereafter separation to arrive at a choice derivative from two subsidiary classes. In the first instance when we are concerned with the interpretation of available choice in semantic meaning in deliberations on two or more language groups in such situations, in the interpretation of language, where the search for fitness is at issue, we are concerned with what W.V.O. Quine termed as the: Indeterminacy of Translation. Often there is not a definitive shared guideline or set of answers as to what is and what is not an acceptable speech act or interpretation of the act which can be agreed upon by both parties, as to the factualness or truth of the particular language example, however there may be shared and preserved situational or circumstantial understanding, relating to the speaker or the writer's behaviour leading to conclusive contextual acceptance as to what a certain term or similar semiotic indicant means which may then lead to common agreement. In relation to matters of deliberation on the interpretation of meaning of a term or proposition within a language the problem of the indeterminacy of translation by definition does not arise.
Thus for example the term: eminated, was regarded as having an indeterminacy of meaning by both American and British linguists, taken to be a consequence of a particular speaker using an unknown language example, or for many, an unheard of linguistic simple in this case the word: eminated, in the common speech code, in the presence of an audience, where there was nothing stated by the speaker to indicate whether the use of the term was to be translated or in Dr Fearon's interpretation of the validity of the speech act transliterated. Quine in: Word and Object (1960) concludes that upon the eventuality of such occurrences, the translation of a term and or the sentence proposition to which it belongs is regarded as having unsettled meaning ā that is to say that they are both, the translation/transliteration and the sentence proposition in which it is contained or its self consisting state are indeterminate - and therefore, the meaning or intensional objective of the utterance is likewise indeterminate. Arguments proposing the outruling of the use of the term: eminate on evidential epistemic, semantic on syntactical grounds have taken the form of a completed, disclosed and apparently verified statements of negation; along the presumed lines of the conclusa dicta of an inquisitorial enquiry where the enquirer contends, that, the enquiry having taken place after a search through a optimal variable set of material functions such as Thesarus, or a dictionary (which we are invited to assume hypothetically, to have been reputable) has unearthered no independent evidence indicating that the term eminated is legitimate to have an etymological foundation in the English language; and because there are empirical and epistemic absences in the foundational sources of Anglo-American philology (the school of linguistics which is naturally and neutrally taken to be the best of the best of the possible world or search space)that undermine the argument of appropriate usage; therefore, it is to be accepted that in the absence of confirmatory evidence of the standard philological type that the term eminated is to be regarded as a neologism that can be ruled illiterate by a process of algorithmic deduction through an optimal search space or set of spaces.
To counter such assertions we can proceed in the first instance by employing a meta-theoretical perspective of the principles of translation, outlined and used by Quine that is to say that there exists an issue, a word, term or proposition subjected to translation which has been shown to be indeterminate in nature, and then proceed from the theory of the indeterminacy of translation to its derivation in the theory of the: Indeterminacy of Meaning and we may then by way of methodological deduction reach the conclusion, and find it to held in existential logic, Russelian or standard notation, that no definitive evidence can be obtained for there being in existence a set of observations (and the propositional terms or sentences that are their extension), which will completely verify the analytical or necessary, truth or falsity of a grammatical or phonetical theory or its compositional claims nor will there exist counter observations that can be shown to decisively falsify them either. It is possible to reject a component part of the theory of grammatical validity, or phonetic composition but there is no law of applied necessity that would stipulate that the linguistic component to be rejected must be the element that prima facie (on first impressions) seemed to be false or incorrect. All that is required is the maintenance of a supervening principle (the theory of indeterminacy), an acknowledgement of the network of semantic rules; and that changes be made; to allow the creation of a new supervening theory of instantiation in a derivation deduced from the theory-network of Quine in order to extend the practice of analysis involved in the transformation of a sentence principle or component into another sentence or atomic term semantically equivalent but to be regarded as a synonym but different in grammatical or morphemic structure. Godel states much the same.
We can consider the Quinean theory of indeterminacy as being a basic paradigm for dispute resolution in evolutionary semantic and syntactical issues, in the field of translation or comparative linguistics, whilst we may add further reductive detail to such devised schema by employing the theory of indeterminacy of meaning and then: The Theory of Transliteral Substitution (TLS) created by Dr W.F. Fearon in relation to the analysis of intralingual disputes follows the same schema laid out by W.V.O. Quine and adapted by Dr Fearon where the theory of the indeterminacy of translation is replace by an amended theory that of the Indeterminacy of Transliteration of Dr Fearon. Its creation represents a method of increasing our knowledge of the process of linguistics, the evolution of the philosophy of language, and the history of philosophy and the structuring of a post normative theory of the natural language processing of an Artificial Intelligence of the fourth kind. In a definable sense, each theory, that of Dr Fearon and W.V.O. Quine provides a retrospective explanatory tool, a basic paradigm of how the analyses of certain linguistic changes occur, and how they are formally legitimised. Both the methods of Fearon and Quine are theories of perspective, making predictions on word legitimisation, usage, and development. Determining which translingual method to use in situations of indeterminacy that of Quine or Dr Fearon or translation/transliteration is dependent upon situational factors as it is evident that the process of Translation does not essentially differ from that of transliteration (although the latter is defined with less rigidity); thus a dispute as to the validity of a specific distinction between the theories of translation and of transliteration and the appropriateness of the use of one or the other as an analytic tool is primarily of linguistic or grammarian concern rather than of epistemic value in philosophical deliberations on language. The choice of the frameword( the atomic or base unit of transliteration) discussed is clearly idiosyncratic in the sense that other linguistic similes could have been used; however its use illustrates the current debate surrounding language, in everyday usage and how philosophers have developed the field of linguistics, to resolve such matters and we will continue to do so. Thus by way of substitution we can move from the applied meta-theories of Translation and Indeterminacy of W.V.O Quine to the Theory of Transliteral Substitution of Dr W.F. Fearon in the applied sense.
Given the context in which the term eminated has been used, and indeed as I coined and defined it, namely as a conjunctive synonym for, in the first instance (1): proposed, or elevated, ----- or (2): esteemed or praised. The evidence for eminatedbeing semantically equivalent to definition: (1) or definition: (2) is presented on the basis of the familiarity which we have with structured conventional sentence expressions used at similar occasions, awards, celebrations, galas etc; and following Quinean meta-theory on the Indeterminacy of Translation and the theory of transliteration and Transliteral Substitution(TLS) of Dr Fearon we may take as the transliteration the semantic meaning of eminated to be the word that is closest to the language utterance used in known situational contexts and other intensional relationships (and their object) at such events. Thus we arrive at a point of synomatic compatibility. Conversationally, in linguistic analysis we may refer of course to the possibility of synonymcity (the state of being a synonym) when there is no known fact(s) as to the existence of the transliteration of a speaker's words, and of course we would readily find the situational context and appropriate synonym for the term eminated. Save for instances where the introduction of a definition of new notation, is singularly unique such as a the coinage of a new term into medicine or chemistry, or the construction of an acronym or an anagram or palindrome when we create a new concept or term the stipulative definition we utilise is based upon the synonymy of a pre-existing language standard which we chose to compare with the new term, elsewise the new expression could not be synonymous with anything, such as a clich © or proposition containing it of which we are cognisant. It is to be assumed that the term: eminated is used with forethought, and with intent, by speaker's of the English language (we have no reason to believe otherwise); and that it is spoken or written with a synonym in mind andeminated in spelling, speech and implicatory meaning is capable of being understood without difficulty by millions of people around the globe, in equally valued and cross comparable situations, thus eminated as used in speech and orthography has significance, and its meaning can therefore now be regarded as having been determined.
Yes eminated is an understandable semantic unit, it does conform to recognisable standards in both morphemic and phonetic construction, being of French etymology, originally derived from the Latin word emina meaning measure (indeed it is a word noted widely in the Eastern Mediterranean) and it has the standard syntactical morphology employed in verb conjugation in the English language and the conjunctive rule adherence of the principles of combinatory polymorphology. Poly morpheme. It has been selected for, and passed the rigorous test standards of W.V.O Quine as an exemplar for the settlement of questions on the indeterminacy of language; and the legitimisation of its usage has been evidenced via the deductive methodology of Transliteral Substitution and thus has the equivalent endorsement of Doctor William .F. Fearon. Eminated is therefore a word, a tensal transitive expression, of the verb: eminate and the verb itself may be put forward for inclusion in any lexicography or dictionary in France, America or elsewhere. It is appropriate for conversational use and can be employed in authorship. Alternative arguments are noid. Social prohibitions on the use of eminate/eminated can therefore be desanctioned. As we can consider words as real theoretical constructs of the brain they are also known foundational principles and realities of epistemology and whilst in extension, in the field of philosophical linguistic positivism, in practice the category of argumental grounds and rules of linguistic governance that would have an expression such as: eminate outruled as being in violation of the etymological and semantic principles of the English language, appears to be based on a well formed formula, of epistemic certainty, in reality no such normative structure of knowledge, never mind truth or falsity in its application can be found, or introduced or maintained, in any language it would require the existence of an unfalsifiable mechanistic precision grammarian structure in the language processing centre of the cerebral cortex, and fronto-temporal connections, and an epistemic basis of mathematical precision embedded in lingual nerve processing, and memoritic adherence to a rule governed data set that would be panoptical in its totality. As the human interaction in any language tends towards the requirement of the cognitive processing of uncertainty, when moving towards resolution of a Transliteral language dispute, the further removed, a term is from the general prejudices in speech and the common sense situational speech code, of differing circumstances and events and standard agreement, we reach the conclusion that as human beings derive meaning through the acceptance and giving of interpretation to handle such issues of undecidability, a closed etymological system of language legitimisation would render the notion of a possibility of an Artificial Intelligence of the first kind, a logical impossibility to attain, a goal maintained by the beyond of the metaphysical impossibility of the negation of the reproduction of an imitator of rote word arrangements using an artificial intelligent device(AID) an automated dictionary, without the Artificial Intelligence itself and not the artificially intelligent device being cogent of the dimensions in communicative ability of an oppositional other or indeed a complementary one. Artificially Intelligent Divinity. There is a tendency towards regularisation, of speech codes in language and at a base level time and contingency may be the premier factor; but there is no cognitive law like pattern for such developments nor rules of certainty for the incorporation of additional framewords even where there exists a tendency within the language for it to become regionally atrophied; as a test of their own ingenuity and distinctiveness(the fittest linguistic minds), seek changes in wordframe creation particularly between a propositional relation and the term that it denotes and select addition or change in a relation by introducing new expressions. If there is no change in a relation or indeed an implication between a new word and some entity or situation world it retains and envelopes synomatic status. The wordsmiths of language in such circumstances become the creators of what I have defined as Linguistic Realism. We may deduce intuitively that the word Eminate is not, an American isonym, (a frameword, that emerged in the speech or orthographical code, uniquely as a coincidental or as a result of thorough geographical linguistic separateness), very few linguistic expressions in use in the USA are; save for those that are the written or spoken phonetic variants of mother tongue languages and secondly acronyms that proceed through common usage and acceptance to become words in their own right and included in lexicons. The creation of the word eminate is in fact an example of a change to a language or linguistic procedure by a process which I have defined previously as sympatric linguistic alteration or an: emphony a polymorphic noun term consisting of two morphemes emph and ony acknowledged by Webster's as both being of Greek etymology and whose noted morphemic variants are in common use in the United states, and throughout the English speaking world in denotation emphony refers to the selection of frameword for of a theory of originating identity a metaphysical āsubstanceā where the frameword is of verifiable etymological background, in principle a metaphysical lexically conditioned form, so the phonemic form of a new word entrant is linked to an existing vocabulary item occurring without geographical or lexicographical separation. As a secondary instance of word coinage particular to the topic discussed I have defined a term as class categorisation and referent to cover words and expressions that denote the bestowing of praise or acclaim, upon an individual, item or event such terms can be referred to as an example of the noun class:emonym a word once again consisting of two combined morphemes of transparent vintage and commonly noted for the relationship between a name and thing and a linguistic analogue
