About
What is this?
A lecture on AI and music, AI Music as of Oct 8, 2026, given by David Jhave Johnston at the Skaņu Mežs festival in Riga, laid out as a score you can play, rearrange and wander through. The voice is an AI clone of the speaker's voice. Almost all of the images, videos and songs are AI-generated.
How do I use it?
Tap the picture to play or pause. The band below is the whole talk in time: pictures on top, sentences in the middle, a tick for every spoken word at the bottom. Tap anywhere on it to go there; tap the red line to pause.
What do the four modes do?
Score plays the ten parts in order. Drift jumps from sentence to sentence through a word they share, visiting every sentence once before repeating. Cut lets you collect sentences into your own sequence; the address bar keeps it, so the link is the edit. Words plays every moment a chosen word is spoken.
Is there an ordinary version?
Yes: the conventional page has the same videos in sequence, with the full text of the talk.
